BBL Trophy

Birmingham Bullets 96 (24,44,69) (Henlan 25, Rolston 22, Jackson 19)
Milton Keynes Lions 82 (22,33,48) (Cole 26, Siemon 16, Smith 12)

Birmingham Bullets booked their place in the semi final round of the BBL Trophy maintaining their 100% record in the competition this season with a 96-82 success over the Milton Keynes Lions.

And it was veteran centre Martin Henlan who turned back the clock with a 25 point and 10 rebound which led the way for the Midlands outfit.

After an even first quarter, the Bullets posted a 13-2 tear to put daylight between the two sides and lead 44-30.

Lions however trimmed the deficit to just 7 just after the half time break only for the hosts to put the game beyond their reach with a 17-5 burst moving them 61-42 clear.
