| RADIO and AUDIO
I work as a freelance journalist and broadcaster - as a presenter, reporter, producer and commentator. My past and current client list includes a wide variety of radio stations in the UK and overseas. Currently, I regularly work for BBC Sport, including commentating for Radio 5 Live, presenting duties on Radio Scotland as well as writing for its website. Formerly, I was Scotland correspondent for talkSPORT and served as head of sport and presenter at its sister station, talk107, in Edinburgh, then the only speech station in the UK based outside London. I was involved in its launch in 2006 - and in developing its programming and sports news from inception as well as much-praised live events. My specialities as a broadcaster include basketball and cricket - where I commentate regularly for the BBC - athletics and football. I formerly produced and presented the Basketball 24/7 radio show, available via iTunes. I previously worked as an analyst and reporter on BBC's Five Live's specialist basketball show 'Hoops' and have appeared on a variety of other stations including 5 Live (Breakfast/Richard Bacon), ESPN (NFL), Radio Ulster, LBC, Forth (Superscoreboard), Wave102 and ABC (Australia). Additionally, I provide broadcasting reports from events on a sponsored or pooled basis, with tailored packages for clients - for example, with a feed from the Cricket World Cup or from Super Bowl. |

TELEVISION and VIDEO I am the regular sideline reporter for Sky Sports basketball coverage as well as occasional commentator, having also been one of their regular studio analysts for their coverage of the NBA.
I also front much of FIBA Europe's TV coverage from major basketball games, as well as conducting pre and post-game interviews.
I present and produce video for a number of clients, such as this Euroleague package for Basketball 24/7. I'm also regularly asked to appear on other television programming to provide expert analysis. One example is when Sky News needed a commentator on David Beckham's move to American soccer, a subject which I have written about extensively. As well
as presenting and guesting, I also shoot and edit reports for
broadcast and online outlets, such as this
two-way from Super Bowl or this video interview package from Spain. I can provide and utilise my own equipment and deliver in whichever format required by the client.
